Summary: Easy to grow and attractive annual whose pleasing aromatic seeds and young branches are used to flavor salads, pickles, vinegar, sauces, soups, stews, and many chicken, lamb and fish dishes. Grows 3-4 in. / 91-122 cm. tall.
When and where to plant: Select sunny, protected location with well drained soil and sow seed after last frost. Cultivate soil and enrich with vegetable food. Firm soil over seed. Does not transplant well.
Care: Support plants with stake if necessary.
Harvesting: Separate seeds from heads by shaking loose in paper bag. Cut and use leaves at any time.
