The fruit is delicious when baked, boiled, fried, steamed or raw and when used in a variety of recipes. Zucchini can be frozen.
When and where to plant:  Select sunny location and plant in late spring after soil warms. Soil should be cultivated, enriched with vegetable food and organic matter, firmed over the seed, and kept moist.
Care: Keep soil moist and feed monthly. Don't worry when first blossoms fail to set fruit.
Harvesting:  Pick continuously when fruit is young and tender, to ensure a steady supply.
