The Animalintex Hoof Poultice is a cotton pad with a non-woven cover for less adherence to wounds. Use as a hot poultice to help relieve abscesses, boils, infected/dirty wounds, cracked heels, thoms, laminitis, seedy toe, and corns. Use as a cold poultice for strains, sprains, sore shins, splints, bruises, capped hocks and elbows. Can also be used as a dry wound dressing as the ideal for first aid kit.
