An easy vegetable soup that will taste like you've been cooking for hours.
Directions: In a large Dutch oven over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain. Add the beef broth, water, onion, tomatoes, potatoes, mixed vegetables, and pepper to the Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through. Pour into bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings.
