World Equestrian Games® (“Sweepstakes”) starts on
March 1, 2010 and ends on
June 30, 2010 (“Promotion Period”). Making a purchase is not necessary to enter or win, and will not increase your chance of winning. To Enter: fill out an online entry form. All entries must be received by
June 30, 2010. Limit one entry per person. No mechanically reproduced entries/requests will be permitted and all entries become the sole property of Southern States Cooperative, Inc. and will not be returned.
PRIZES:
Two (2) Prizes, each consisting of: One (1) General Admission Ticket each for Winner and one guest for each day of the Games; two (2) Performance Tickets each for Winner and guest; (2) nights accommodation. Winner may choose which dates to attend the Games based on availability and preference between September 24, 2010 and October 10, 2010. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and other taxes and expenses not identified in the Official Rules as being awarded and for transportation and meals as well as any and all costs associated with any travel upgrades. (Approximate Retail Value $1,100). No cash or other value will be substituted. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person/household.
DRAWING:
A random drawing will be conducted on or about
July 15, 2010 from among all eligible entries received and potential winner will be notified by mail.
ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of March 1, 2010. Employees and agents of Southern States Cooperative, Inc., Triple Crown or Alltec (“Sponsors”), as well as its respective parent subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, participating retailers, promotion and advertising agencies and members of their immediate family, IRS dependents, and persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
GENERAL:
Federal, state and local taxes on prize, and all expenses relating to acceptance and use of prize, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these rules and decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsors, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, participating retailers and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize, including, without limitation the use of the vehicle, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize in the Sweepstakes; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, photograph/video, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. Potential winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law), which must be returned within 14 days of issuance. Return of prize or requested documentation as undeliverable, or failure to return documents on a timely basis, or ineligibility or noncompliance with these Official Rules by the winner will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Should a prize be won by a minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence, all affidavits, releases and undertakings, set forth in these Official Rules must be executed and undertaken by the parent/legal guardian of the minor, both on behalf of themselves and the minor, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes may be awarded to, or in the name of, minor’s parent/legal guardian. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend any portion of the Sweepstakes should causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. No prize substitution, transfer or cash redemption, except Sponsor may at its discretion substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value. Prizes will not be fulfilled outside the United States. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Winner agrees that prize is awarded “as is.” Any warranty or guarantee on a prize is subject to the manufacturer’s terms therefor and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Limit one winner per household. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Tone Brothers, Inc. may collect the personal information submitted by you and use the information pursuant to its privacy policy online at Tonebrothers.com.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, destroyed, stolen or postage-due forms or mail. Entries are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained in accordance with these rules and through authorized, legitimate channels, or if they are from other games or sweepstakes, if any part is counterfeited, illegible, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if they contain or reflect printing, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors. Released Parties shall have no liability for entry forms, posters or any other media containing or reflecting printing or other errors. Sponsor may disqualify anyone from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such person is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor’s representatives. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
