Feeding Guidelines

Dog Feeding Guidelines It is important to note that dogs should be maintained in good body condition and not be allowed to become overweight. The accompanying chart provides a guide for the amount of each Performance Plus Dog Food to feed under normal conditions. The amount of dog food your dog requires daily for good health and condition depends on a number of factors, including activity level, breed, size, and environment. For hard-working dogs, pregnant or nursing females, and dogs exposed to extreme cold, the amount of daily feed in the chart may need to be doubled or tripled. Always provide your dog with plenty of fresh water in a clean container.
