GrowMaster® People
The GrowMaster® Professional team includes:
- Certified Crop Advisors (CCA) and Certified Professional Agronomists (CPA)
(Certified by the American Society of Agronomy.)
- Technical Service Providers (TSP)
(Certified through the United States Department of Agriculture.)
- Southern States Certified Applicators who are tested annually for equipment application accuracy. They are also required to have a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and participate in product and application technology training.
GrowMaster® Services
GrowMaster® Professionals are equipped to:
- recommend all crop inputs such as seed, crop protectants, and nutrients.
- identify crop diseases, insects, weed, and plant growth problems
- interpret soil and nutrient analyses
- prepare state-approved nutrient management plans
- assist with recordkeeping and profit analysis plus fertilizer, seed, and chemical purchase history
GrowMaster® Tools and Premium Products
GrowMaster® also represents premium seed, certified equipment and customer account management tools:
- GrowMaster RSS - this computer program allows for 19 valid combinations of ordering, pricing, and billing dry and liquid spray orders.
- Electronic record keeping and profit analysis at the store level.
- A fleet of company owned, GrowMaster certified spreader and sprayer equipment.
- Annual “Truck Rodeos” ensure properly calibrated equipment and trained operators.
- Site-specific inputs application with GPS technology. (Available only in certain areas.)
- Soil testing service.
- Proprietary seed and chemical products that have met GrowMaster quality standards.
