Qualifications: Previous agronomy/field crop production experience, preferably in the seed cleaning industry. Knowledge of barley, wheat, oats and soybean production. Knowledge of all phases of seed processing, inspection, testing and tagging. Knowledge of seed cleaning equipment. Mechanical aptitude to help diagnose equipment failure. Knowledge of Multi-Intra-State and Federal Seed Regulations. Pesticide Applicator License; OR ability to obtain within first six months of employment. Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel to create ad hoc reports. Valid Drivers License. Able to travel up to 20%. Able to lift up to 100 lbs., pass drug screen and background check. Able to work flexible hours during peak seasons. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or related field. A combination of training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Responsibilities: Maintain inventory by requisitioning and coordinating shipments of seeds purchased. Contract production and purchasing of locally grown seeds. Provide technical guidance in all phases of seed processing to maintain quality standards. Conduct field inspections of contract seed production. Keep abreast of State and Federal Seed laws and maintain related records. Work closely with Procurement Staff to achieve established goals. Conduct presentations and/or disseminate technical seed information & industry data. Assist sales in the promotion and volume building by securing orders. Apply for this position |

Qualifications: Previous aquaculture experience in a fish rearing facility, handling fish from juvenile stage to marketable stage. Knowledge of fish handling practices and basic care. Knowledge of water chemistry and environmental control systems. Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Valid drivers license. Able to lift up to 50 lbs., pass drug screen and background check. Education: Associates Degree in Aquaculture Science or related field. A combination of training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Responsibilities: Tank preparation and maintenance. Administer nutrition and feeding plans. Identification of health issues and control of disease exposure. Operation & maintenance of facility equipment, including water pumps, blowers & related items. Perform regular samplings to verify weights. Record keeping. Troubleshooting & problem solving. Oversee harvest of market fish. Oversee transfer of fry for stocking of tanks. Supervise an experienced staff of up to five. Respond to on-call emergencies.
