How To Report A Claim
Determining liability in accidents is a matter of law and is best done by the Claims Department. Get all the facts and do not admit liability.
Southern States Cooperative and Managed Cooperative Locations only:
Report all injuries, accidents and property losses promptly to 1-800-HELPSSC (1-800-435-7772). Report serious injuries and extensive property damage immediately. The SSC Help line is available 24/7.
All Other Members of SSIE:
Serious bodily injury and extensive property claims should be reported immediately. All other claims should be reported promptly during normal business hours.

Document all damages. Separate damaged from undamaged items for inspection by the adjuster and protect the property from further damage if possible.
