Store History: Founded in 1947, Southern States Petroleum Cooperative serves over 3000 customers in a six county area around Hopkinsville. As a cooperative, farmer members who utilize its products and services own the business. The cooperative returns a portion of its earnings to farmer members in the form of patronage refunds. In the last few years over 2 million in profits from this location have been returned to the member owners. Products and services include LP gas, gasoline and diesel fuels delivered to customer’s homes and farms. Other products include all types of lubricants; propane heating equipment sales and service, auto supplies and LP gas grills. We are also equipped with a 24-hour gasoline and diesel pump island facility.
