Southern States’ acceptance of any order is subject to Consumer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions, which is presumed when Customer submits an order. Southern States may limit or refuse orders if it believes there has been a fraudulent or suspicious use of account, including but not limited to orders that use the same billing address and multiple orders per credit card. In such case, Southern States shall contact Consumer via the email address on the account.
 

Southern States Return Policy

Online Gift Card Purchases:  Southern States gift cards purchased on-line are non-refundable.
In-Store Purchases:  Returns must be accompanied by receipt. Refunds are given in same manner as payment. No merchandise returns after 30 days.
