When the pellets breakdown from horses walking on them in stalls they are dustier than sawdust. This is one of the worst products I have ever used in my horses stalls.

Just switched my horses over from regular shavings to this. We do not have a whole lot of choices in our area for pelleted bedding, so we went with this as a start. I am in love! I put about a gallon of water in each bag to begin with. My waste is greatly reduced. I normally go through 3-4 muck buckets between my horses' two stalls and that is now reduced to a total of 1. Incredibly easy to sift and soaks up wet spots very well... and VERY soft and "spongy" when the pellets are broken down. I have not had to mist them for dust at all. As with any shavings, they may get dusty after a while, but nothing that a quick mist can't fix. Even my filly who is sensitive to shavings dust hasn't coughed since we put these in. Very happy so far.

This is the most choking,dusty bedding on the planet.I would not use this product if it were FREE.

My cat has no problem using the pellets. After cleaning any solids left (they seem to break up if left for a day or so)I dispose of the expanded saw-dusty residue in the yard which certainly is preferable to the old kitty litter disposed of in garbage. Environmentally preferrable.

This is the best stuff I have found for pan training puppies. There is absolutely no odor. I just make sure I pick up the poo out of the pan and I only clean the pan once a week other than poo. GREAT STUFF!!!! Love it
